We appreciate your understanding that all items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds/returns. 

If an item arrives torn or damaged the costumer has 7 days from the date of delivery to make a request for an exchange by contacting - info@ladyl.co 

(Proof of purchase & damages must be provided)

Please note that once an order is shipped the package becomes responsibility of the shipping carrier. - Please contact them directly for any questions or concerns that you might have regarding your package.
